In order to rent you'll need:
- Credit card (Debit is NOT accepted)
- US Driver's License or Non Drivers Photo ID
- Secondary Proof of address (Bank / Credit card statement, Utility Bill Etc.)
- Certificate Of Insurance or Security Deposit. (First time renters require a Security Deposit when regardless of replacement value.)
New renters must register with us by creating an account prior to pick up. At least 2-3 hours are needed for customer registration & verification. All documents can be submitted to info@theimagingworld.com.
Certificate Of Insurance Requirements
Insured: The name listed must match the name of the renter. Renter must provide proof of owner or authorization if using a company's COI.
The certificate holder must be included as Loss Payee on the package policy and also must indicate the policy's coverage for General Liability and Inland Marine or Miscellaneous Rented Equipment covering the replacement cost.
Certificates must have the "unattended vehicle" exclusion removed or it won't be accepted.
Policy number: Renter's policy number must be listed on the certificate.

Weekend Rate (1day charge) - Pickup Friday after 10am and return Monday before noon.
Daily Rate (1day charge) - Pickup after 3pm the day before your shoot starts and return the morning after your shoot day.
Weekly Rate (3 day charge) - Work 7 days. Pickup any day, Monday - Friday, and return the following week and pay 3X the single day price.

This B&H kit pairs the Manfrotto 504HD Video Fluid Head with the 535 3-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod to form a solid yet lightweight system that's ready for action. The head supports up to 16.5 lbs of professional video gear, be it a mid-sized HD camcorder or a fully outfitted DSLR camera rig. The 504HD head introduces Manfrotto's redesigned counterbalance system with four presets from 0 to 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg). The head's redesigned variable friction components are marked clearly with degree scales, and pan/tilt movement is vibration-free.
The 535 tripod's three sections extend to a maximum height of 67" (171 cm). An angle selector helps set the legs in the proper position, and rubber feet (with retractable spikes) help keep the system firmly in place.

The Manfrotto 504HD Fluid Video Head features an innovative design that improves performance while reducing weight, as well as offering a soupçon of style. The head's patented Bridging Technology allows for a wider top plate and longer sliding plate that add stability and balance to a set of state-of-the-art professional features. With its ability to support up to 16.5 lb, the 504HD can be used with a variety of video and photo cameras. The newly designed counterbalance system includes four presets from 0 to 16.5 lb, enabling proper balance no matter what the camera's size or weight.
At the same time, redesigned variable friction components with clearly marked degree scales and vibration-free movement bring new levels of fine tuning to your tilts and pans. An illuminated leveling bubble keeps horizons from tilting, even in the dark, while independent disc-brake locks make sure the head stays secure when at rest.
Whether you're using a pro camcorder or a highly accessorized video DSLR on a rod system, the 504HD takes some of the strain off your support rig by providing two 3/8" threads integrated into the sides of the top plate. These Easy Link connectors allow attachment of monitors, arms, and other accessories directly to the head, making the camera less top-heavy while reducing setup time.Features

The Manfrotto 535 Carbon Fiber Video Tripod has 3-sections and a 75 mm half bowl for fluid heads. With carbon fiber tubes and magnesium die castings, the 535 boasts great stability, high load capability, and light weight.
